Our Gourmet Estate coffee is specialty single-origin farm coffee processed at the farm or within the area location of the farm - "up the mountain." Specialty coffee refers to the highest-quality green coffee beans roasted to their greatest flavor potential by true craftspeople. Care is given to the plant through harvest and processing. It has no defects and has a distinctive character in the cup. Our custom roasting brings out each coffee's distinctive character. Specialty coffee must be notably good and is defined in the cup. Specialty coffee is truly gourmet coffee. As we say, "It is about taste."
All our Gourmet Estate coffees come in 16 oz. (1 lb.) color-coded bags to help you remember your coffee preferences. Only our Geisha variety coffee come in 12 oz. bags. It is all roasted and packaged here in Florida. We constantly roast in small batches to continually rotate inventory so that there is minimal shelf life. All of our estate coffee is offered in whole bean.

Orders received before 1:30 pm usually ship the same day. Because we keep inventory low with frequent roastings to maximize freshness, there are times when your shipment could be delayed for up to a week. If so, we will contact you so that you can choose to wait or substitute. This only happens when there is unanticipated demand on a particular coffee.
Free Shipping on orders of $100 (continental U.S.). Orders over $100 to Canada ship for a flat fee of $15.00. Maximum - 9 bags. Canada orders ship via USPS Priority Mail. International customers utilizing Bongo receive free shipping to their U.S.Bongo address.
