You are here: Home > Coffee Scores and Rankings
Ratings are given specialty coffee by standardized comparative coffee cuppings.  Most cuppers giving numerical ratings use the guidelines and standards as set by the Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA).  In cupping competitions, these ratings then give ranking to the coffees.  Panama offers their annual top ranked coffees at auction.

Consistent ranking and rating of particular coffees help you in choosing.  You can tell by consistent top rankings and ratings  that most judges choose these coffees and therefore so might you.
